If your piece is made to order, it will ship as soon as it’s completed at the bench.

How soon will I have my piece?
Expect to have your ring completed in two to four weeks. If you have any special timing requests, please note those when you add to cart. You will be kept up to date on the benchwork process via email.

How do I care for my piece?

Polishing, deep cleaning, and jewelry spa treatments are complimentary for as long as you have the piece. In the meantime, gentle dish soap (blue dawn is recommended) with a soft toothbrush is all you need.
