Due to the personalized nature of the product, custom jewelry is not returnable. We make every effort during the creation and completion of a custom or bespoke jewelry order to ensure that the piece meets our standards of excellence in every way.

Purchases from our GMA Signature Collections may be returned within 14 days for an exchange with a different product or store credit.
